  "Here i was in our cabin dressed as usual when suddenly my friend said he was just gonna check something out in the woods . as time came by he never came back, we were worried about him that we agreed to form a search party. one of my friend disagrees as she said she was scared to go out and she was comfortable inside the cabin. then one of our friend said that she will not go out until we came back and so she agreed. we went go out to the woods to search for our missing friend in the orange shirt, but when we were walking in the forest... it seems that the sky doesn't want us to see the moon and we only have flashlights to guide us." Journal entry #1 "Camping Trip"

  "Here we are searching for our friend in orange shirt. wandering in the forest with no clue to where we should search first. then another friend found something. something shocking that she started to cry. we all went to her and see what happened. she shows a shirt torn by something out in the darkness. we were scared cause we all know something out there caught our friend. as we wonder to the forest more, we saw our friend.... his skin were mauled by some creature... he can barely speak and just told us one thing in blurry words...."tttthhheeee vi..... wil...... hunt us....... " and i asked him "what vi dude??? what will hunt us???" but he didn't spoke a word after that..... we were all emotional. we just left his lifeless body in the forest inside a cave.... to remember us his bold spirit of adventuring and spelunking."

  "Here we are going back to the cabin when we stumble across a river. another friend said "hmmm.. this isnt right... we never came across a lake..... somethings wrong here". but still we continue..... the only light we can see is our flashlights light and the light from the cabin..... but something seems wrong in the cabin...... we heard a scream...... we were shocked and hurriedly find a boat to go across the water. we found one near a dark house with a dark and kinda tall figurine. we prepared the boat and it seems the figure came closer and closer to us. we were scared and we hurriedly rowed to the cabin........ but friend caught his leg on a rope..... he was pulled by the dark and tall figure, his last words were....."move forward and do not look and please clear my AAHHH!!!!"......
then we rapidly oared the boat to our cabin the only ones left were me and my green shirted friend....."

  "as we Approached the cabin...... we were shocked at what we saw she....... she was DEAD.... with the same marks as our friend... we didn't know what to do i said to my friend that we should get out of here and he nodded yes, we should get out........ we were running to the car when the dark figure with bloody stains came to as and said....."mmmuuuusssstttttt Feeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaassssttttttt!!!!"
we then scrambled to the care like we were being chased by a dog but its just more dangerous........ i made it to the car but didn't see my other friend....... i was worried......... then i look at the mirror and saw............ the creature.......... I hope someone will find this journal...... or at least hope i survive...."

First of all,you should always find an opening if your caged in a dark energy called SADNESS. being sad makes it even worst that may lead to depression and suicide

The Second step is think of happy thoughts. yeah you heard me, happy thoughts. you wanna know why??? Ever wonder of peter not growing up??? cause he always think of happy thoughts. lol XD

the third step is dont think of negative stuff. for example thinking of bad or negative stuff would make your life sadder. for example you had a friend that just died because of a disease and your aunt just died in front of you umm.... nothing more of this memories just always think possitively

the fourth step is always wear a smile. smiling is like exercise to your face without even moving!!! cant you see that.... while at the park just smile even though the mood is lonely or sad just smile hahahhaha okay.........

the final one is always i mean ALWAYS think of nothing else and you will clear your mind and youlle be happy with your life hahahahhahaha
